GENERAL CONDITIONS *Messaging service within the city: 7 €. *Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula: 9.30 €. *Shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 21 €. *These rates are for shipments which do not exceed 100 cm upon adding (width + length + height); otherwise, the freight shall be at the client’s charge. Surcharges for customs fees at the client’s charge (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra). Shipments to EU countries: 25 €. Shipments to non-EU countries: 45 €. Special film processing on Sundays or holidays 180 €. Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards. We do not accept cheques. The prices contained in this list DO NOT INCLUDE VAT. We recommend that you make backup copies prior to bringing us the job on a digital medium. The delivery period is counted in working days. If several jobs are requested from the same original, the delivery period shall be the sum thereof. If proofs are made at the client’s request and the job is finally not completed, they must be paid for. We have a mailbox where you may place your jobs outside business hours. They must be inside an envelope, with all the necessary instructions, including name and telephone number. In the event that they arrive by mail or transport, we decline any liability for any damages suffered in the receipt of the shipment. Upon commissioning a repeat of a previously done job, it is advisable to attach a copy thereof, in order to be able to match the colour. Otherwise, no claims or returns will be accepted for this reason. The laboratory may delay the shipment of any type of job when it is unable to ensure optimal quality, or for technical reasons. The services performed by the laboratorie are performed notwithstanding the legal availability of the images, for which the client commissioning them is liable. Entrustment of your images means full acceptance of these conditions without any restrictions whatsoever.
